Code Sight – Sight to Vision

Code Sight – Sight to Vision is a multifaceted initiative dedicated to empowering individuals with visual impairments by focusing on their mental well-being, skill development, and career growth. The project comprises two key components: 

1. Mental Health and Public Speaking Training

   This component prioritizes the mental health care of visually impaired individuals, providing them with the support they need to build confidence and resilience. Additionally, they are trained in the art of public speaking, enabling them to express themselves effectively and share their perspectives with the world. 

2. IT Skills Training and Career Integration

   Through Code Sight, participants are trained in various IT skills and domains, preparing them for competitive roles in the tech industry. Upon completion of their training, the project collaborates with Enable to connect them with inclusive companies, ensuring meaningful employment opportunities, a supportive work environment, and a brighter future.
